This morning's work

I am starting to feel better about the winter as the night temperatures are getting cooler. Not too comfortable, though, as much of this wood, which we cut and split this morning, won't burn well until at least February.

I thought I might tell you. We do all our cooking, heat our house and all of our water for the house with our wood stove. We have a unique designed stove that is illegal in the former USA because it has an integrated boiler or tank and serpentine. It is quite efficient and will make steam in about 30 so we are always in hot water. The added benefit is that we do not have to pay to heat our water which would add to a power bill if we were on the grid. so we are able to save a lot of money and all the while cooking our food.
You could easily set it up in your house and it would save you some money. Thanks Jim
