What a weekend! Piglets on Friday (11 of 12 survived so far.)

Pig roast and square dance on Saturday ... lots of work and fun .... and what pork! Never tasted such meat (and potatoes). While we were scraping our 1st pig I thought never again, but after tasting the results, we'll do it again.

Then today ... our cow calved! Looks like a little heifer, but daylight will tell for sure.

God is good!

Oremus pro invicem!

Be careful around those pigs, lest you get swine flu!

I should do a post on "swine" flu and swine flu, but haven't had the time.

Big calf is looking good ~ 200 lbs and ready for the freezer.
