I was in New England picking up my son after he completed his sophomore year at Northeast Catholic College two weekends ago. My youngest daughter made the trip with me. She hadn't been north in 8 years, and, I discovered, had some misconceptions about the Northeast. For example, she didn't think there were ANY rural areas-just congestion and city. We both found the rural East coast very beautiful. Sometimes it makes me long for the region of my youth.
